
Executive Board : Consisting of a maximum of 5 members elected to serve terms of 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 years. It is the duty of this board to act in behalf of the Association when it is not in session. It has authority to elect such officers as might be necessary for its own government and to carry out the plan and undertaking of the Association. It shall has authority to act on any business submitted by any board or church between sessions of the Association. It is the duty of this board to sign their signature to any and all papers concerning properties, indebtedness, bonds, or other legal documents pertaining to the execution of the will of this Association. This board can not incur indebtedness, or sell or convey real property without the express direction of this Association. It is the duty of this board to establish and assist missions and churches within the bounds of this Association, wherever needed. This board keeps a record of all work done, meetings held, and makes a full and complete report to all regular meetings of this body. No meeting is called without notifying every board member.
